Undangin

B2B wedding e-invitation platform targeting wedding organizers. Organizers manage events, import guest lists via CSV, and send RSVP links via WhatsApp or email. Built with Hanif (backend/infra) and Gasi (design/sales).

ndangin is a B2B wedding e-invitation platform built with two friends, Hanif (backend/infra) and Gasi (design/sales). The target customer is the wedding organizer, not the couple.

The problem: most e-invite tools are B2C and require couples to set everything up themselves. Wedding organizers coordinate dozens of events per month. They need to manage multiple events from one dashboard, import guest lists via CSV, and dispatch RSVP links via WhatsApp or email without switching between five tools.

That is what Undangin does. Organizers create events, upload guest lists, and the platform handles guest-specific RSVP pages and delivery. The couple gets a polished invite experience. The organizer gets a workflow that does not eat their afternoon.

Still early stage. The core platform is functional. We are currently validating with a small batch of organizers before building out the next layer.

highlights

  • +B2B model: organizers manage multiple events from one dashboard, not couples doing it themselves
  • +CSV guest import with per-guest RSVP link generation
  • +WhatsApp and email dispatch integrated into the same workflow
  • +Built by a 3-person team: backend/infra, design/sales, and product/frontend
  • +Early-stage validation with real wedding organizers in Indonesia

what was hard

The hardest part is not technical. It is distribution. Wedding organizers are not looking for new software. Getting them to try a new tool requires trust, and trust requires showing up where they already are. We are still figuring out the right GTM for this market.
