got real vs code running on my phone: a native windows instance served over my tailnet, claude panel and all. the whole ecosystem fits in my pocket now.
undangin, the e-invite app, got themes: five palette-and-font packs you swap live. also hunted down two bugs in my journal bot that were claiming "logged" before anything was actually written.
gave my claude setup a multi-device guard. same session open on two machines now warns instead of silently forking, plus a sweep for sessions that died without cleaning up after themselves.
shipped imprint: a quiet agent that watches what i screenshot, reads the taste out of it with a vision model, then throws the image away. once a week it tells me what i've been into.
full site once-over: fresh deps, an honesty pass on every page, greywater falls joined the shelf, and the photography wall finally has real frames on it.
gave the whole personal os a durability floor: encrypted replication to two clouds, restore drills actually performed, and dead-man checks so silence itself becomes an alarm.
shipped relay, a session lifecycle layer for my claude setup: a safe-to-delete badge, handoff batons, and a third-person arbiter that merges two sessions when they fight over the same files.
the life-mirror pipeline went live: nightly signals distilled from the wiki, weekly reviews written about me by the system that watches me build it.
the portfolio learned to police itself: a monthly scan now checks links, deps, ssl, and whether anything on the site has quietly become a lie.
greywater falls is alive: a fictional lake town that writes and publishes its own daily newspaper. nobody writes it, it just keeps happening, every morning, on its own.
shipped the ecosystem hub, a hook-driven reconciler that wires claude into every session. it maintains a live dossier on every project i'm running.
bwc groupchat went live, an autonomous AI observer in our friend group chat. phase 0 running.
